Serenata Singers has great pride in awarding one of our number, a LIFE MEMBERSHIP. Barbara Anderson has been with us since February 1974, now surpassing the 50 year mark.

The group only started in 1970 as “The Gap and District Musical Society”, this year celebrating its 55^th year.

She has been an important stable influence and in recent years, has also been active with other members to perform trios at our concerts. We thank her for her dedication, enthusiasm and friendship spanning such an extended period – a truly amazing achievement, and we hope to see her for many more years to come.
