On Saturday morning, 27 April, the choir performed at The Gap Uniting Church Fair. This is an annual gig for the choir, which we enjoy, both as one of our public performances and as a way of acknowledging our debt to the church, which provides the venue for our practices/rehearsals throughout the year.

Our program was once again drawn from our 2018 repertoire, consisting of songs from Lennon/McCarty and Irving Berlin, and medleys from Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables. The choir’s performance received an enthusiastic reception from the audience.

The choir has been conscientiously practising new numbers for 2019, which will be progressively introduced into its performances from our next concert at Blue Care, West Ashgrove on 14 May.
